If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Refunds Policy

Sweatnix offers a 30-day refund guarantee. The whole point of the guarantee is for you to actually test the product — wear it, wash it, see if it works for you. If it doesn't, return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price. Conditions - Return within 30 days of receipt. - Items can be worn and washed — we want you to test them properly. - Customers pay return shipping unless the item is faulty. - Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. - The original product price is refunded to your original payment method. How to start a return Email support@sweatnix.com.au with your order number. We'll send return instructions and a return address. 


Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

This 30-day refund guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in our refund policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under the ACL or any other applicable law.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@sweatnix.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a  business day.  We are not responsible for the bank's processing time or fees if any.

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 1-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Is it free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders of 2 or more undershirts - any sizes can make up the order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).  AusPost will usually take 3-5 business days to most addresses in Australia - more remote areas may take a little longer. 

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped via AusPost who then have partner carriers for other countries.
 

What are your shipping costs?

Our shipping costs are quite simple - no more than $10 for domestic shipping in Australia (free for orders over $100) and if shipping internationally, it's a $30 fixed fee.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address.
Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
